Refund policy

Effective June 19, 2026

Every Solstice paid license is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the app doesn't fit how you work, we refund you in full.

The short version

Email hello@abrlab.xyz within 30 days of your purchase date with the order number from your Paddle receipt. We refund the full amount you paid, in the original payment method. No forms. No interrogation.

What's covered

Every paid Solstice license — single-user perpetual, update renewals, anything else we sell. The Free MIT-licensed build has no purchase to refund.

After the window

Refunds requested after the 30-day window are at our discretion. We're reasonable — if something is genuinely wrong with the app, write to us and we'll work it out.

Statutory rights (EU / UK)

EU and UK customers retain their statutory right of withdrawal (currently 14 days from the purchase date under the Consumer Rights Directive / UK Consumer Contracts Regulations) regardless of this policy. Our 30-day window is more generous, so for most cases it's the one that applies.

How the refund is processed

We process refunds through Paddle, our merchant of record. The refund typically reaches your card or PayPal within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
